Yoga Studio's Yoga Wedge is the perfect prop for Pilates and Yoga. Our Wedge helps you to reduce strain caused by certain poses and stretches. Such poses as Downward Facing Dog, the wedge can be put beneath your heels, or used beneath the hands in the Bow Pose for example. Yoga & Pilates Wedges have been around for a long time, illustrating they are a vital prop for Pilates and Yoga.
They are a firm favourite with Iyengar practitioners. Made from High Dense EVA Foam. All our wedges come fully shrink-wrapped so they arrive clean and mark free.
