Do I need to create an account to place an order on Jilla Active?

A Jilla Active account is not required to place an order. However, we do recommend creating an account to make it easier the next time you shop with us and to conveniently manage your order(s).


Can I cancel or modify my order?

It depends on the day and time or your order but if there is a problem with any of the details on your order, please email customercare@jillaactive.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to assist you.


If I place an order, when will I be charged?

Payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has gone through.

 

What is your return policy?

We will offer a full refund on full priced items from www.jillaactive.com within 28 days of the ship date. Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit for the amount paid within 14 days of purchasing them.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Read more about Jilla Active's Return Policy here.

 

What do I do if something is out of stock?

We do not always bring back styles as many of our products are produced in a limited quantity and once they are gone, they are gone. We may receive additional stock through returns, but this is quite rare.

We highly recommend signing up for our newsletter, so you're the first to know when a new collections drops and can be the first to shop. We launch 4 collections a year and we are confident you'll find another style you will love!

 

How do I care for my Jilla Active products?

Please note specific care instructions can be found on each Jilla Active garment.

General care instructions for our products are as follows:

- Machine wash at 30 degrees with like colours.
- Line dry for best results.

 

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?

Just click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails.
